The Black and LatinX Poetry Project - Davina Ferreira

Descriere The Black and LatinX Poetry Project - Davina Ferreira

\n \nThe Black & LatinX Poetry Project is a poetic\n \nanthology with 20 emerging poets from diverse\n \nbackgrounds. To this day, the publishing industry\n \ncontinues to underrepresent diverse writers and, \n \nas a result, deny readers the power and beauty of\n \nnecessary voices. It is our hope that through an\n \ninclusive collection like this, we can amplify\n \nrelevant cultural narratives and shine a light on\n \nthe rich humanity contained within our stories.\n \nThere are those that would have us believe the\n \nBlack & LatinX poets are extinct or on their way to\n \nbecoming irrelevant. Nothing is further from the\n \ntruth. We are very much alive and we are everywhere.\n
