\nWhy read this book? Is every seat full in your school? Do you wish it was? Are you sure your kids will return next year? If you are a really experienced administrator, your historical assumptions might be holding you back. If you are a brand-new administrator, who gave you a course in Christian marketing? If you don't have an Admission Director aka Family Relationship Manager, who will look after enrollment? And how do I get teachers to think enrollment is part of their role as well? These are the kinds of issues and questions this book answers, within the context of the 3rd decade of the 21st century.Scripturally infused, research grounded, and experientially driven, this is unlike any other book you've read on enrollment. Starting with its definition (the retention and recruitment of children), it blows up myths, establishes best practices, and delves into nitty gritty details. The author, Simon Jeynes, takes 40 years of his own experience and reading, attaches it to 400 years of his colleagues' knowledge and understanding, and brings an enrollment blockbuster that needs to lie open on your desk.CSM hopes profoundly that this book will make a difference to you. Using it will increase and/or stabilize your enrollment. Having our Christian schools full is critical to destroy the devil's work (1 John 3:8). We have authority to overcome all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19) and thus to be full of hope and joy in our work. What you do is important and this book is an encouragement to you in your vocation.CSM began in 2017 in order to serve Christian schools wherever they served children. We work with schools that have tuition under $13,207 providing consulting services, online professional growth, coaching, and workshops. We publish Entheos, a weekly advice and counsel letter. Simon Jeynes is the Executive Director. He began teaching in 1977 and still remembers his first Commodore 64. As always, in our and your work, to God be the glory. Simon Jeynes, CSM Executive DirectorSimon is passionate about bringing hope. His educational mission is to bring joy into the lives of children. This book is part of that journey that he has been on for over 40 years in Christian schools. He has consulted in over 170 schools in five countries and feels successful if students are more joyful as a result of his leadership and management work, and that each classroom has more children to be embraced by the love of Jesus. Simon is a dedicated member of his local church
