Descriere Little Lamb, Gabe: Ever Glad at Heart I Am - Carol Kolosovsky

\n \nAbout the Book \n A shepherd and his sheep. That's how Jesus describes his love for people in this delightful book, Little Lamb, Gabe. Jesus--the Good Shepherd--knows his lambs and sheep, and they know him. But what happens when they wander off and lose sight of Jesus? What does his love look like then to a little, lost lamb? In this beautifully-illustrated book, Gabe and his friends walk and talk with their Good Shepherd. When their faith is challenged, pasture images help them remember his important lessons for life.\n \n \n The good news of God's love filters through this inspirational read. Little Lamb, Gabe encourages us to live in the Good Shepherd's pasture, surrounded by his love. Following each story, discussion-starters help to bring lambs and sheep closer to Jesus as they share his gospel. \n The Author \n Carol Kolosovsky learned about her Good Shepherd growing up on a fruit farm in Door County, Wisconsin. There she memorized her favorite song I Am Jesus' Little Lamb. A 37-year Christian educator, Kolosovsky enjoyed sharing her deep love for Jesus with young students. Now retired, she continues to write family devotions and Bible lessons for mission outreach.\n \n \n Carol lives in Greenfield, Wisconsin with her husband Daniel. She is blessed with five step-children and nine grandchildren. \n \n \n The Illustrator \n Rachel Tacke was hooked on painting early in life when her brush first swirled water in paint. She still enjoys that thrill as the beauty of God's world is rendered in her tender style. Sharing the Savior with a child through her artwork is especially rewarding for Tacke. \n \n Rachel lives in New Ulm, Minnesota with her husband Mark and three quirky cats. The Tackes treasure time spent with their three children and four grandchildren. When she is not painting, Rachel enjoys writing, gardening, and music. \n \n \n \n
