Upon Departure - John Roedel

Descriere Upon Departure - John Roedel

\nFrom bestselling poet, storyteller and speaker John Roedel, comes a collection of poetry that explores the concept that our grief is a natural wonder that terraforms the landscape of our world in increments. It can take a lifetime to find peace when our loved one becomes an empty chair at our kitchen table. \nlet's lace our hands \nas if eternity is opening \nup the veil into the great \nmystery right in front of us\n \n\n \nlet's feel our fingers against \neach other as if this is the \nlast time we will touch before \nwe become celestial kites\n \n\n \nlet's part our lips and say \nwhat we should have said \nto each other years ago: \n \nI love you. \n I love you so. \nI forgive you.\n \nI'm sorry. \n I'm blessed to know you. \n I'm so grateful to you.\n
