\n \nWhat's your mindset? How's that working for you?\n \n \n\n \nI would like to recommend the new book by my very good friend, Dr. Ellis Hodge, entitled Mindset. I have always known that Dr. Hodge is a great leader of men, and the whole family, with his congregation at Word of Life Fellowship in St. Petersburg, Florida. But in the process of time, I have watched as he has developed into an amazing community leader, greatly expanding his sphere of influence. It is from this unique perspective that he gives readers a true balanced approach to developing a lifestyle that will, in turn, have others see them as true leaders in both the church environment and the community environment. \n \n \n\n \nThe secret to Dr. Hodge's wisdom is developing and maintaining a fixed mindset based on seeing everything the way God does. I kept sensing, as I read his book, that God will greatly use Dr. Hodge's instructions to help many men and women go through the process that the Bible calls the transformation of life, by the renewing of your mind. Dr. Hodge uses very common sense applications of God's Word to various familiar experiences in life that can save people from crashing and burning, to use an old expression, and respond to life's challenges the way that God would have them respond, and afterward, gain completely different and successful results. \n \n \n\n \nIf you have ever wondered how great leaders maintain their ability to remain consistent in the midst of great external opposition and always come out smelling like a rose, read and meditate on Dr. Ellis Hodge's new book, Mindset. -Dr. Douglas J. Wingate, President and Founder of Life Christian University\n
