\n \nTo be a teacher and to teach children and youngsters remains a wonderful profession. It never becomes dull or boring, but it is also a professional life under pressure. Teaching involves a myriad of demands, daily professionalism, and demands sound results, while also requiring attention to the individual needs and development of the students, as well as helping parents to understand their children. All of this demands a multifaceted personality and the development of new talents. \n \nTeachers constantly serve others, leaving little time for oneself. Working in the teaching profession can easily lead to a loss of balance between inner needs and the needs of one's students, parents, and the school organism as a whole. When this happens, one might become sour despite this profession's delights. \n \nThis book is a guide to finding balance, access to more energy, and renewed enthusiasm for the classroom.\n
