Child of the Cosmos: Strengthening Our Intrinsic Being - Karsten Massei

Descriere Child of the Cosmos: Strengthening Our Intrinsic Being - Karsten Massei

\nHow awake are we to our inner being, our true nature? \nHow much self-knowledge do we really have? \nIn terms of our intrinsic self, we can easily feel like a novice. Indeed, we face a long journey before we can fully understand ourselves, and we are equally unpracticed in relating to our shadow and inner wounds. \n \nThe path described in this book is within and concerned with strengthening our individuality, one's I. Based on lifelong research, Karsten Massei created a valuable workbook for coming to know and heal ourselves. In a series of brief chapters he explains the interplay and tensions between human individuals and the nature of our inner and cosmic child. Both are complex entities but are also directly related; both are deeply connected with our destiny. \n \nOur experiences with our inner child are often still in the earliest stages, but noticing, cultivating a relationship, and holding conversations with our inner child is vital and offers ever deepening experiences for us. As insights expand, our frailties, deficiencies, and inner wounds can be seen. The being of the inner child wants to educate us to become inwardly truthful and authentic. Only honest engagement with our soul's traumas and vulnerabilities will enable a true picture of ourselves to arise.\n \nChild of the Cosmos offers surprising perspectives arising from the author's personal experiences, opening a clear path of personal development. The text is complemented with seven special meditations to help us engage with the challenges ahead.\n
