This poignant memoir includes easy instructions for creating a spirit-powered life with meditation, journaling, and healthy eating. Elizabeth--an award-winning TV host and co-creator of Two Sisters Writing & Publishing--shares her story with poignant vignettes featuring raw honesty about her struggles with food, fat, failure, race, divorce, depression, and even suicidal thoughts. Her story takes you from her extreme childhood fears of human and supernatural evil... through fantastical spiritual experiences... into peace, passion, and purpose like she never imagined. Her life unfolds in the context of her parents' controversial marriage during the mid-1960s. Her mother was 19 and African American, and her father was 44 and white, a former Roman Catholic priest.
