Reset Your Mindset - Jenn Baron

\nYou're not alone and you're not broken. Period.\n \n \n\n \nWhat if I told you that thoughts are just sentences in your brain - not reality. What if I told you that emotions are just temporary sensations in your body - that can pass in 90 seconds when we don't resist them.\n \n \n\n \nThinking we are alone, based on the sentences in our brain or the sensations in our body - and feeling broken because of them - dictates so many of our decisions. \n \n \n\n \nAnd when we believe the lie that we are the problem: \n \n \n\n \nWe feel stuck. Like standing-in-wet-cement, kind of stuck.\n \nWe believe anxiety is who we are instead of an emotion we experience.\n \nWe feel shame. So much shame.\n \nWe use food, alcohol, sugar, shopping, or our phones as rewards, punishments, or distractions.\n \nWe have crappy boundaries or no boundaries at all.\n \nWe don't ask for what we want or need in relationships.\n \nWe feel like we need to conform when what we really want is to be the amazing weirdos we are!\n \n \n\n \nSound familiar? Then it's time to Reset Your Mindset. Overcoming the lie is as simple as befriending your brain and your body. \n \n \n\n \nThrough kitten steps and one percent changes, I invite you to question your unhelpful thoughts and feelings so you can take your power back - while we laugh (and swear) together along the way! \n \n \n\n \nLet's go, Sunshine, I've got your back!\n
