Have you ever felt like your voice and concerns went unheard? Do you ever wonder how God can answer all your prayers, especially if He is so busy being God for everybody? In her charming and illuminating children's tale, The Adventures of Marvin the Frog, author and animal lover Annie Wolford shows readers, young and old alike, how God cares about even our smallest worries and fears, and how He has the power to answer our prayers in the smallest of ways. After a country family discovers that just one ugly bug in the house leads to lots more bugs in the house, they pray together and ask Jesus for a solution to their fast-growing problem! When a little, greenish-brown frog with big, bright eyes named Marvin shows up in their kitchen, the family believes their prayer may have found its answer. But, they might be surprised to find that their tiny new friend, Marvin, means so much more to them than one simple solution to a problem. Based on a true-life experience with a little tree frog that somehow made its way into the author's home, this warm, enchanting story is sure to delight readers everywhere, and cast new light and meaning on the definition of family and friends. Born and raised in sunny Florida, Annie enjoys country living, gardening, reading, cooking and baking. She's a devoted Auntie to her nephew, and has been a pet mama to a menagerie over the years.... Currently to the family dog, Sparky, and her shop kitty, Mr. Williams. With her lifelong love of non-fiction writing, rural living, and pets, the inspiration for The Adventures of Marvin the Frog was a happy happenstance.
