Justification by Representation: Romans 1-5, A Doctrinal Development - T. David Simpson

Descriere Justification by Representation: Romans 1-5, A Doctrinal Development - T. David Simpson

\nJustification by Representation is an immersive journey into the heart of divine justice and human fallibility. This work is an intricate exploration of the profound question posed by the suffering saint in the Book of Job: How should man be just with God? The narrative challenges conventional views of divine justification conditioned on human responses. It is a treasure trove for those seeking answers to how God administered grace to Abraham and forgiveness to David. This work explores the parallel between the first Adam and the Last Adam, seeking an answer to how God justified by His Representative while upon the Cross. The book uniquely confronts the speculative question of eternal justification versus God's unerring immutability. This effort asserts divine forbearance is a missing piece to the puzzle in most doctrinal schemes, being misunderstood or neglected. It also asserts that Paul is debating with a fictious person, which is ultimately himself as shown in Romans 7. Paul is shown to be a warm-hearted, supremely genuine, humble and committed servant of God, while laboring under difficult circumstances. His effort to orderly set forth the gospel from the first verse is unique to the sixty-six books of Scripture. The narrative demonstrates the free nature of sins' remission, God's reckoning of righteousness and Christ's blood-bought redemption. This book is for anyone yearning for a deeper understanding of God's enduring love, mercy, grace, forbearance and forgiveness. Dive into this exploration and emerge with a renewed perspective on God's righteousness and sovereignty. It is a journey that promises to enlighten, challenge, and ultimately transform your understanding.\n
