The Rorschach God: You thought I was exactly like you - Matthew Hester

Descriere The Rorschach God: You thought I was exactly like you - Matthew Hester

\nIf there's anything you believe about God that doesn't look like Jesus, you're missing something.\n \n \n\n \nThe God we find in Scripture often appears to be a mysterious contradiction. We find ourselves asking, Who is God, really? Is He compassionate and merciful, or angry and punitive? Gradually, we begin to create a version of God who aligns more with our own image than with the image of His Son, Jesus. \n \n \n\n \nIn The Rorschach God, author Matthew Hester takes believers on an eye-opening exploration to uncover the true image of God found in the person of Jesus Christ. This book will challenge you to: \n Move beyond your personal projections of God, Dismantle false images of who God is, Find the God of compassion and mercy as revealed through Jesus Christ, andReconcile the God of the Old Testament with the God of the new covenant. \n \n\n \nThe God you see may not be the God who is, and the God who is wants more for you than just knowledge-He wants intimacy.\n
