Each kata name has the Japanese kanji and also a translation of the name. The kata has a step by step instruction to help you practise and learn. \nThe kata content have been cross referenced with original densho belonging to several Japanese Bujinkan sources, and publications by Hatsumi soke. The terminology used, is taken from Japanese sources, such as Densho or publications by Hatsumi soke. \n \nThe author, Paul Richardson (15th Dan, Daishihan), has been a member of the Bujinkan for over 40 years, he has travelled extensively in Europe and USA training and teaching, and travels to Japan every year to continue his training and research..\n
