Descriere A Legacy of Strength - My Story on Paper: I was a child, a teenager, and an adult all at once - Sandi Young

\nInternational Best Selling and #1 U.S. Best Seller - Family and Conflict Resolution category \n \nSandi's life began with a loving two parent home and then in the blink of an eye, everything changed. Her life would never be the same. The grief she felt from multiple childhood losses was never addressed. Instead, this young girl buried her own pain within and took on internalizing the grief of the adults around her. Because Sandi was never given proper coping skills, she created her own. Many years later, though, while still young and naive, someone came along to fill the void she felt, in a most unhealthy way. Unfortunately, more hurt, loss, and grief occurred which resulted in the course of her life changing once again. Two major life traumas had occurred before she was a young adult. Somehow Sandi persevered and her instincts of protection kicked in. Then, she was forced to make the most difficult decision of her life. Somehow Sandi didn't succumb to what could've easily become a life of depression, addiction, and other self-sabotaging choices. Something within her, something she inherited from the legacy of women before her; something or someone made her use her inner strength to go forward. All the childhood traumas Sandi experienced didn't break her, instead they deepened her inner strength, her perseverance and her resiliency.\n
