She hopes that this collection of soulful poetry will help you to walk a little gentler, a little lighter, and with greater love.\n \nMany years ago, she set off on a journey to walk the earth. She left behind everything she knew to start over. She set off hoping to meet herself. She wanted to love herself, love others, and love this beautiful place we call home. She wanted to set down her pain. She wanted to heal. She ached to touch the earth and taste the wilderness of her soul. She yearned for freedom. She wanted to climb the greatest mountains she could find and swim in the depths of her own heart.... She found more than she was looking for out there. She tasted the earth and touched the sky. She lost herself and found herself. She tasted the sweetest love. She felt great sadness. She loved, she healed, she transformed, she made mistakes, she grew... These letters are a collection of writings through her journey. May these words help you walk a little gentler, a little lighter, and with greater love.\n
