\nDrug cartels and corrupt politicians are conspiring to create a disaster that starts where three rivers converge in south Louisiana, but devastates the entire country and reverberates around the world. Can Beau and Rachelle Bonnet and Rene Buster Champagne stop them and an out-of-control river? If not, the economic and environmental disaster will make Hurricane Katrina and the Deepwater Horizon BP Oil Spill look like mere inconveniences. Thousands of innocent people will die and billions of dollars of property will be destroyed. Men and women may be conspiring, but Mother Nature has been biding her time waiting. Mankind thinks it's winning, but ultimately finds out that Mother Nature Hates To Lose.\n \n\n \nLike any great Cajun dish, Mother Nature Hates To Lose has so many layers &\n \nflavors that it keeps you coming back for more. It is a tender eyed yet fiercely\n \nintense view of the corruption within Louisiana politics & those who work hard\n \nevery day to maintain the sweet tea feeling of the South. The authors have given\n \nthe readers realistic characters that keep you on the edge to the final sentence\n \n& beyond. They deliver a story that raises questions about how long the Gulf\n \ncan withstand this man's attack on the environment. Environment, corruption, \n \nloyalty, with a little hanky panky, what else can you ask for in a novel?\n \n- J. Lawler, Bon vivant\n \n\n \nI have known Rick for almost forty years. Our discussions on a wide variety of\n \ntopics have always been interesting & often thought-provoking. I know little about\n \nLouisiana & am looking forward to getting educated while being entertained.\n \n- John Porges\n \n\n \nRick's witty personality & caring nature permeate everything he does. His love for\n \nLouisiana truly shines through in this book.\n \n- Camille Diaz\n
