The steel frying pan 5ply Hybrid Pro from IBILI with a diameter of 22 cm offers a combination of the advantages of stainless steel and the practicality of a non-stick coating. The model is equipped with a hexagonal relief made of 18/10 stainless steel, integrated over a PPG Fusion Edge ceramic coating free of PFAS. This structure provides direct contact of the food with the metal surface for precise sealing, while also facilitating the cleaning of the pan. The body of the pan consists of 5 layers of metals, including a top layer of 18/10 steel, three layers of aluminum with a core of 3003 alloy and 1060 aluminum for high thermal conductivity, and a bottom layer of AISI 304 stainless steel. The sturdy welded stainless steel handle allows safe use of the pan on various types of stovetops as well as in the oven.
